General Assembly 1 - GA1

My name is Adam Tamer, and I am 17 years old. I am honored to serve as Chair of the General Assembly, and I look forward to making MANORMUN VI an unforgettable experience for all delegates.

My MUN journey has been both rewarding and inspiring. Having participated in two conferences, ADPSMUN, where I received the Outstanding Service Award, and MANORMUN, where I earned Best Resolution Paper, I have developed a strong appreciation for diplomacy, collaboration, and effective debate.

Beyond MUN, football is one of my greatest passions. As a football player at Gulf United, I have learned the importance of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance, values I aim to bring to my role as Chair.

My goal is to create a welcoming, engaging, and diplomatic committee where every delegate feels confident expressing their ideas, challenging perspectives respectfully, and contributing meaningfully to debate. I encourage everyone to participate actively, think critically, and strive for excellence.

I look forward to meeting you all and making MANORMUN VI’s General Assembly an incredible experience. See you all next year!

Hi everyone! My name is Mia I am 14, and I’m so excited to be serving as the President of the General Assembly committee at MANORMUN! My MUN journey has been one of my favorite ways to express my love for public speaking, communication, and understanding different perspectives.

Now, outside of MUN, you’ll usually find me doing something involving music especially the violin, one fun fact is that I played it ever since I was 4! Other hobbies of mine are history, or writing. I’m also a huge Geography lover, another fun fact is that Ive memorized the entire map! But I will always enjoy discovering something new.

As your President, my goal is to make our committee a place where everyone feels comfortable speaking up, and expressing your own ideas without feeling anxious. I hope we can have fun debates and plenty of memorable moments.

I can’t wait to meet you all. Come prepared, and most importantly have fun. See you at MANORMUN!
