Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders Today.
Hey everyone! My name’s Yumna. I’m Sudanese, and I’m super excited to be chairing the Historical Security Council at MANORMUN! This is my first year at Manor Hall, and while I only started MUN back in 2025, I’m so glad I got into it. This will be my 2nd time chairing, and I promise to make sure our committee is an absolute blast!
A little about me: I love all kinds of media, especially movies (one of my favs is We Need to Talk About Kevin), anime, and shows like Black Mirror, 13 Reasons Why, and YOU. I’m also a massive JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure fan! if you are too, come talk to me (though be warned, I’ll never shut up about it). I occasionally love to draw aswell!
My top priority is making sure every delegate feels comfortable, confident, and supported throughout the conference. Please don’t hesitate to approach me with any questions or just to chat. I’m super friendly and can’t wait to meet y’all in May!!! :D
My name is Mohammad Abu Jdayil, and I am a 17-year-old junior at Manor Hall International School, serving as the Chair of the Historical Security Council. Through MUN, I have gained a strong interest in debate, leadership, and learning about world issues. As Chair, I want to make the committee a fun, respectful, and welcoming place where everyone feels comfortable sharing their ideas. My goal is to make sure every delegate has a chance to speak, take part in debate, and enjoy the experience. I expect my delegates to come prepared, listen to others, respect different opinions, and take an active role in the committee. I also hope everyone will work together, think creatively, and make the most of their time in the HSC. I am excited to meet you all and make this committee a great experience for everyone. See you all at MANORMUN!
