United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime - UNODC

Hi everyone! My name is Yamen, and I’ll be your President for the UNODC committee at MANORMUN! I’ve always enjoyed the debating, problem-solving, and unexpected discussions that come with MUN, and I’m excited to bring that energy into this year’s conference.

This year is especially exciting because UNODC is being introduced to MANORMUN for the very first time! We’ve put a lot of thought into creating interesting and engaging topics, and I’m genuinely excited to see how everything unfolds. I hope to make this committee a place where delegates can share their ideas, challenge each other’s perspectives, and work together to come up with creative solutions.

I can’t wait to see the different ideas and approaches everyone brings to the table. Since this is the first UNODC at MANORMUN, let’s make it a memorable one and set the bar high for the years to come!

Hi everyone! My name is Habiba Hosny, and I’m a sophomore at Manor Hall International School. I’m excited to be serving as a chair for this year’s MANORMUN.

My MUN journey has allowed me to develop a strong interest in public speaking, debate, diplomacy, and teamwork. Through my experiences in MUN, I’ve learned how to confidently express my ideas, listen to different perspectives, and work with others to find creative solutions.

Outside of MUN, I enjoy reading, watching mystery and thriller shows, playing volleyball and basketball, and spending time with my friends.

For this committee, I hope to create an engaging and welcoming environment where everyone feels comfortable sharing their ideas, challenging themselves, and making the most of their MUN experience. I’m looking forward to meeting all of you and seeing what you bring to the committee!
