Hello delegates !

My name is Maryam Alkaabi, and I'm really excited to be this year's MANORMUN secretary general . I am 16 years old and from the UAE . My journey with MUN started just like many of you as a delegate . At first , MUN might seem as a scary or intimidating experience , but trust me it is not! In the past couple of years , I've participated in a few MUNs around the country , and each one has taught me something new . MUN has been one of the most memorable experiences of my life , helping me improve my public speaking skills while learning about important global issues . And I believe MANORMUN is the perfect place to start your journey !

This year's theme ,“Voices for Change: How Every Voice Can Contribute to Solving Global Challenges,” is something I truly care about . I believe that each of you has the power to make a difference , and I can't wait to see how your voices and ideas will shape our discussions and debates . 

I'm looking forward to meeting all of you and making this year's MANORMUN an unforgettable experience ! See you in May ! 

      Hello future delegates! My name is Jana Hijazi, and I am honored to serve as the Deputy Secretary General for this year’s MANORMUN . This year, our theme, “Voices for Change: How Every Voice Can Contribute to Solving Global Challenges,” reflects the importance of working together and making a difference.

       Being in grade 11, I’ve dedicated significant time and effort to this role alongside my best friend, and together we aim to create an engaging experience for all participants. MANORMUN  provides a platform for students to engage in critical discussions, enhance public speaking and problem-solving skills, and connect with peers from diverse backgrounds.

       Whether you’re new to MUN or a seasoned delegate, I encourage you to let your voice be heard. I can’t wait to work with each of you and see how we, together, can contribute to a brighter future. See you at the conference!
