Shaping Tomorrow’s Leaders Today.
Hi! I’m Talia, a junior at Manor Hall International School and a member of the MANORMUN Leadership Team. I’ve participated in multiple MUN conferences, which have helped me become more confident with public speaking, debating, and working with others. I enjoy participating in school events and activities and meeting new people along the way. Outside of MUN, I love cats, lilies, Lego, good food, and spending time with my friends. I’m really excited to be chairing this committee alongside my co-chair, Saif jehad, and I’m looking forward to meeting everyone! We want to make the conference a fun and welcoming experience for everyone, whether it’s your first MUN or your tenth. We want our committee to be a safe space where everyone feels comfortable speaking, getting involved, and asking questions. If you ever need help with anything, please don’t hesitate to ask us! We’ll do our best to make this the best committee ever!
Hello! My name is Saif Jehad and I'll be chairing for IPC MANORMUN alongside my co-chair, Talia Shqair. I am 16 years old. My first MUN was MANORMUN V, which I found to be a really welcoming environment that made me fall in love with MUN. I hope that you guys enjoy MANORMUN VI as much as I know I will. I hope to make it a wonderful experience for you guys.
More about me: I really love playing video games, some being Valorant, the occasional Roblox with friends, and sometimes Fortnite. I also like single player games or soul types like Elden Ring, I mainly play Valorant though. Some of my other interests include anime and legos; some of my favorite animes/mangas are Vinland Saga and The Climber. For legos i like Ninjago ALOT.
For MANORMUN VI i want a nice and comfortable environment where everyone feels like they can speak. And for that I will try my hardest for you all to feel welcome and not super shy or nervous. Anyways, hope you guys enjoy MANORMUN!!!
