I am Mahdi Chkeir, a 16 year old from Lebanon, I am honored to serve as your Chairman of the Economic and Social Council alongside my esteemed Co-Chair, Mohamed Ali.

My passion for international relations and my deep rooted belief in the power of diplomacy led me to this role. I am eager to facilitate constructive dialogue, foster understanding, and work towards tangible solutions to global challenges.

Hello fellow delegates and distinguished guests, I am Mohamed Ali, 15 years old,  from Tunisia but born and raised in the UAE, and I am very honored to serve as the committee leader for ECOSOC at MANORMUN 2025. I am in my second year at Manor Hall. The first MUN conference I've participated at is DIAMUN 2024 as a delegate then later on MANORMUN 2024. This will be my first time as chair so if it’s also your first time do not worry, MANORMUN will be an excellent introduction to your MUN journey.

I will chair ECOSOC alongside my partner Mahdi Chkeir. My favorite hobbies are chess, basketball, and video games. If you’re hesitant about joining MANORMUN 2025, don’t be!
