Hello! My name is Adam Al Wedyan. I'm from Jordan and I’m the leader of the International Criminal Court (ICC) committee alongside my partner Adithya. I'm excited for you guys to join our courts; this is me and Adithya’s first time participating and I know it might be the first for some of you too so we’re in this together! I believe MUN will be a great chance for all of us to step out of our comfort zones, meet new people, and develop skills that will last a lifetime such as public speaking and speaking with confidence, MUN is the perfect opportunity to do just that. 

Outside of MUN I enjoy watching movies, playing video games, and ice skating. These hobbies keep me active and entertained but I’m looking forward to using MUN to challenge myself in a new way. This experience will not only help us sharpen our debate skills and expand our knowledge but also boost our confidence and ability to speak up on important issues. I can’t wait to work with you all to come up with creative solutions and make the most of this experience. Let's make May a memorable time together in the MUN!

Hello, my name is Adithya Menon. I’m 16 years old, originally from India, and I’ve lived in the UAE since I was three. This is my first year at Manor Hall International School, and I’m thrilled to be taking part in Model United Nations as one of the leaders of the International Criminal Court, alongside my partner, Adam Al Wedyan.

Joining MUN and leading the ICC is an exciting new experience for me. While I’m passionate about sports, which has taught me the value of teamwork and resilience, I’m eager to bring those skills into this setting, where we’re tackling complex global issues and learning about international justice.

Though MUN can feel challenging, I look forward to building my confidence and public speaking abilities, as well as expanding my understanding of how the United Nations works to address pressing issues. I know that with the support of my fellow delegates and our collaboration, this journey will be as rewarding as it is challenging. Thank you, and I wish everyone a successful year in MUN!
